（一）水泥自動攪拌車攪拌筒停轉的處理
（1） Treatment of mixing drum stop running of concrete mixer truck
檢查攪拌筒托輪以及馬達，看是否是有土石雜物卡住，如果有，將雜物清理干凈即可。如果不是由于雜物卡住無法轉動，立刻呼叫救援車。在有條件排放混凝土的情況下，可以將馬達上的高壓軟管的管接頭卸下，旋轉攪拌筒，讓攪拌筒檢修孔向下，將混凝土從檢修孔排出。
Check the supporting wheel and motor of the mixing drum to see if there is any debris stuck. If so, clean up the debris. If it is not due to debris stuck, call the rescue vehicle immediately. Under the condition that concrete can be discharged, the pipe joint of the high-pressure hose on the motor can be removed, and the mixing drum can be rotated to let the access hole of the mixing cylinder go down to discharge the concrete from the manhole.
救援車到場后，將故障車馬達上的高壓軟管卸下，接上救援用高壓軟管，另一端接在救援車油泵上，同時把應急用的回油管連接在故障車馬達泄油口位置，另一端連接在救援車油泵回油口，利用救援車對故障車的小型水泥自動攪拌車進行控制旋轉，直至混凝土排出。如有條件的情況下，可以直接更換出現故障的馬達，更換馬達后接好各個油管，攪拌筒即可正常旋轉。

小型水泥自動攪拌車攪拌筒絕大部分都采用梨型結構，攪拌筒通過支承裝置斜臥在機架上，可以繞其軸線轉動，攪拌筒的后上方只有一個筒口分別通過進出料裝置進行裝料或卸料。整個攪拌筒的殼體是一個變截面而不對稱的雙錐體，外形似梨型，底段錐體較短，端面封閉并焊接著法蘭，通過連接法蘭用螺栓與減速器聯結。
