The mobile concrete mixer is composed of chassis and special conveying equipment of concrete mixing station. Its special mechanism mainly includes power take-off, front and rear support frame of mixing drum, reducer, hydraulic system, mixing drum, control mechanism, cleaning system, etc.

移動式水泥自動攪拌車工作原理是通過取力設(shè)備將底盤的動力取出，并驅(qū)動液壓系統(tǒng)的變量泵，把機械能轉(zhuǎn)化為液壓能傳給定量馬達(dá)，馬達(dá)再驅(qū)動減速機，由減速機驅(qū)動攪拌裝置，對混凝土開展攪拌。

The working principle of the mobile concrete mixer is to take out the power from the chassis through the power take-off equipment, and drive the variable pump of the hydraulic system. The mechanical energy is converted into hydraulic energy and transmitted to the quantitative motor. The motor drives the reducer, and the reducer drives the mixing device to mix the concrete.

1、移動式水泥自動攪拌車運輸混凝土?xí)r，發(fā)動機功率在一千到一千四百轉(zhuǎn)/分范疇內(nèi)運行，在運輸混凝土全過程中，速度不可超出四十公里每小時。

1. When the mobile concrete mixer transports concrete, the engine power is in the range of 1000 to 1400 rpm, and the speed shall not exceed 40 km / h in the whole process of concrete transportation.

2、移動式水泥自動攪拌車運行結(jié)束，應(yīng)把攪拌筒內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)和車體清理整潔，不可以使剩下的混凝土留到筒內(nèi)。

2. After the mobile concrete mixer is running, the internal structure and car body of the mixing drum shall be cleaned up, and the remaining concrete shall not be left in the drum.

3、移動式水泥自動攪拌車在水泵運行時，嚴(yán)禁空轉(zhuǎn)，連續(xù)應(yīng)用時不要超出15分鐘。

3. When the mobile concrete mixer is running, it is strictly prohibited to run idly, and the continuous application should not exceed 15 minutes.

4、移動式水泥自動攪拌車儲水箱的水量要常常維持放滿，以便急需，冬天停機后，應(yīng)將儲水箱、水泵、水管、攪拌筒內(nèi)的水放凈，并停到向陽、不存水的位置，以防凍壞機械設(shè)備。

4. The water storage tank of mobile concrete mixer truck should always be fully filled so as to be in urgent need. After shutdown in winter, the water in the water storage tank, water pump, water pipe and mixing drum should be drained completely, and the water should be stopped to the sunny position without water storage, so as to prevent the mechanical equipment from being damaged.

5、移動式水泥自動攪拌車在冬天應(yīng)及時性安裝保溫套，并應(yīng)用防凍液對水泥自動攪拌車加以保護，依據(jù)天氣變化拆換燃油標(biāo)號，確保機械設(shè)備的正常的應(yīng)用。

5. In winter, the mobile concrete mixer truck should be installed with insulation sleeve timely, and the concrete mixer truck should be protected with antifreeze. The fuel label should be replaced according to the weather change to ensure the normal application of mechanical equipment.

6、在檢查、維修移動式水泥自動攪拌車液壓傳動部分時，應(yīng)以發(fā)動機和液壓泵在沒有壓力的情況下開展。

6. When inspecting and repairing the hydraulic transmission part of mobile concrete mixer, the engine and hydraulic pump should be used without pressure.
