2、用“風炮”打碎凝結的混凝土，然后一點點鏟出來。罐體下部要割開一個口，加翻開一個原來就有用羅絲上緊的一個封蓋，這個蓋是讓有需求進去工作時翻開通風和緊急情況用來放料的。

而在打罐過程中人在罐里面要通風，在小型混凝土攪拌車裝料罐入口放臺風扇吹風進去，而“風炮”工作時會搞起灰塵，又要接上水管淋濕打碎的混凝土。把罐里面的再混凝土打碎鏟出以后再打割開部分焊接上，上回封蓋，裝滿水試下轉動能否正常，再少量裝料遞增看液壓機工作能否正常。
