小型混凝土攪拌車攪拌筒調速操縱桿的操縱應輕便靈活，應設置鎖緊裝置（或定位裝置）。在手柄附近可視處應裝有手柄位置指示牌，標明進料、攪動和出料時手柄的方向。

液壓系統

液壓管路應排列整齊、牢固、合理，各元件應裝拆方便，便于維修。液壓系統液壓油的固體污染度限值應符合QC/T29104的規定。小型混凝土攪拌車工作中，液壓系統液壓油的溫升不得超過40℃，較高溫度不得超過80℃。

The solid pollution limit of hydraulic oil of hydraulic system shall comply with the provisions of QC / t29104. During the operation of small concrete mixer, the temperature rise of hydraulic oil in hydraulic system shall not exceed 40 ℃, and the higher temperature shall not exceed 80 ℃.

供水系統

供攪拌筒清洗用的水箱中水的容量不得小于600L，水的流量不應小于45L/min。壓力水箱須配備減壓閥，保障水箱中的壓力不大于0.6MPa。小型混凝土攪拌車水箱應設置清晰的水位計（管），并能使操縱者容易看清水箱中的水位。

電氣系統

運輸車照明、信號裝置應符合GB4785的規定。在進料斗附近應設置工作尾燈。單獨柴油機取力的運輸車，裝設的柴油機起動電路，其電壓和電流額定值應符合柴油機的有關規定。小型混凝土攪拌車專用裝置平均無故障工作時間（Tb）不小于100h，可靠度(R)不小于80%。

The lighting and signal devices of transport vehicles shall comply with the provisions of gb4785. A working tail light shall be set near the feed hopper. The voltage and current rating of the diesel engine starting circuit installed on the transport vehicle powered by a separate diesel engine shall comply with the relevant provisions of the diesel engine. The mean time between failures (TB) of special equipment for small concrete mixer shall not be less than 100h, and the reliability (R) shall not be less than 80%.

攪拌筒

Mixing drum

攪拌筒應設置1～2個能快速打開的入口，孔徑不小于450mm，在橢圓形孔的情況下，其短徑應不小于350mm，關閉時密封良好。攪拌筒在各種規定的使用狀態下，應轉動平穩，不得有打顫和振動現象。攪拌葉片與筒體應焊接牢固，螺旋曲線應連接。不應有明顯拐點。

In the case of oval hole, its short diameter shall not be less than 350mm, and it shall be well sealed when closed. The mixing drum shall rotate stably without chattering and vibration under various specified service conditions. 出料溜槽

Discharge chute

出料溜槽應能在水平面內轉動180°，以適應不同的卸料位置，在垂直面內應能調節與水平方向的傾斜角，以適應不同的卸料高度。出料溜槽應設置加長溜槽，其裝拆應方便，出料溜槽與加長溜槽的總長不應超過3.5m。出料溜槽與加長溜槽連接后應形成圓滑的連接通道，不得阻礙混凝土的卸料。出料溜槽應設置鎖緊機構，在小型混凝土攪拌車行駛時，應將出料溜槽固定、鎖緊。
