1. 日常檢查攪拌筒拖輪，有無破損、松動(dòng)及不正常聲音。每月加一次潤(rùn)滑脂。

2. 日常檢查攪拌筒滾道，有無磨損、損傷及焊縫開裂。適時(shí)加涂潤(rùn)滑脂，涂一薄層。

2. 每三個(gè)月檢查傳動(dòng)軸法蘭螺栓有無松動(dòng)，十字軸萬向節(jié)有無松動(dòng)，每月加注一次潤(rùn)滑脂。

操縱是否正常、靈活，每月加注一次潤(rùn)滑脂，相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)表面加涂潤(rùn)滑脂。

1. 每六個(gè)月檢查油箱、加油口，有無污垢、漏油、油量是否足夠，清洗、修整、加油，補(bǔ)油或換油時(shí)必須經(jīng)過過濾裝置過濾。
