（一）小型攪拌車攪拌筒停轉(zhuǎn)的處理
（1） Treatment of small mixer drum stop running
檢查攪拌筒托輪以及馬達，看是否是有土石雜物卡住，如果有，將雜物清理干凈即可。如果不是由于雜物卡住無法轉(zhuǎn)動，立刻呼叫救援車。在有條件排放混凝土的情況下，可以將馬達上的高壓軟管的管接頭卸下，旋轉(zhuǎn)攪拌筒，讓攪拌筒檢修孔向下，將混凝土從檢修孔排出。救援車到場后，將故障車馬達上的高壓軟管卸下，接上救援用高壓軟管，另一端接在救援車油泵上，同時把應(yīng)急用的回油管連接在故障車馬達泄油口位置，另一端連接在救援車油泵回油口，利用救援車對故障車的小型小型攪拌車進行控制旋轉(zhuǎn)，直至混凝土排出。如有條件的情況下，可以直接更換出現(xiàn)故障的馬達，更換馬達后接好各個油管，攪拌筒即可正常旋轉(zhuǎn)。

Under the condition that concrete can be discharged, the pipe joint of the high-pressure hose on the motor can be removed, and the mixing drum can be rotated to let the access hole of the mixing cylinder go down to discharge the concrete from the manhole. After the rescue vehicle arrives at the scene, remove the high-pressure hose from the motor of the fault vehicle, connect the high-pressure hose for rescue, and connect the other end to the oil pump of the rescue vehicle. At the same time, connect the emergency oil return pipe to the oil drain port of the motor of the failure vehicle, and connect the other end to the oil return port of the oil pump of the rescue vehicle. The small-scale mixer truck of the failure vehicle is controlled to rotate until the concrete is discharged. If conditions permit, the motor that fails can be replaced directly. After the motor is replaced, each oil pipe is connected, and the mixing drum can rotate normally.

小型攪拌車攪拌筒絕大部分都采用梨型結(jié)構(gòu)，攪拌筒通過支承裝置斜臥在機架上，可以繞其軸線轉(zhuǎn)動，攪拌筒的后上方只有一個筒口分別通過進出料裝置進行裝料或卸料。整個攪拌筒的殼體是一個變截面而不對稱的雙錐體，外形似梨型，底段錐體較短，端面封閉并焊接著法蘭，通過連接法蘭用螺栓與減速器聯(lián)結(jié)。
Most of the mixing cylinders of small-sized mixer truck are pear shaped. The mixing drum is inclined on the frame through the supporting device and can rotate around its axis. There is only one opening on the upper rear of the mixing drum, which is loaded or unloaded through the feeding and discharging device respectively. The shell of the mixing drum is a variable cross-section and unsymmetrical double cone, the shape is pear shaped, the bottom cone is short, the end face is closed and welded with flange, and the reducer is connected with bolts through the connecting flange.

A steel band is usually set on the upper part of the circumference of the mixing drum raceway to limit the upward jump of the mixing drum when the small mixer truck is running in a bumpy wave.
