從混凝土入罐到排出，氣溫高時不得超越2小時，陰雨氣候溫度低時，不得超越2.5小時。運送混凝土途中，攪拌筒不得長時間停轉，以防混凝土發生離析現象。司機應經常調查混凝土狀況，發現異常及時通報調度室，請求做出處理。

From the concrete entering the tank to discharging, it shall not exceed 2 hours when the temperature is high, and it shall not exceed 2.5 hours when the temperature is low in rainy climate. 自動攪拌車裝運攪拌好的混凝土時，攪拌筒轉速為2-10轉/分，在運送過程中，平整路面上攪拌筒轉速保證在2-3轉/分，行進在側傾斜度大于50的路面，或擺布晃動較大的路面時，應中止攪拌旋轉，待路況好轉后再攪拌旋轉。

When the automatic loading mixer truck is used to transport the mixed concrete, the speed of the mixing drum shall be 2-10 rpm. 出料結束，應立即用隨車的軟管放水將進料口、出料斗及出料溜槽等部位沖洗干凈，再向攪拌筒內灌150-200L的清水，讓攪拌筒慢速滾動，以清洗內壁。

At the end of discharging, immediately flush the inlet, discharge hopper and discharge chute with hose on the truck, and then fill 150-200l of clean water into the mixing drum to let the mixing drum roll slowly to clean the inner wall.
