2、一體機磨合期內工作負荷一般不要超過額定負荷的60%，以防我們的一體機長時間連續作業引起過熱。

3、經常觀察一體機各儀表指示，出現異常的時候我們應該及時停機予以排除，在故障未排除之前應停止作業。

4、經常檢查一體機的潤滑油、液壓油、冷卻液、制動液以及燃油的液位和品質，并注意檢查一體機的密封性。在磨合期內，應強化各潤滑點的潤滑，每班都要對潤滑點加注潤滑脂。

5、保持我們一體機清潔，及時緊固松動的零部件以防因松動而加劇磨損或導致零部件丟失。

6、需要檢查水箱連接膠管，因為小型裝載機水箱的膠管的耐油性比較差，容易早期損壞，從而影響供水量，就會引起發動機溫度升過高。如果說我們檢查出有破裂和漏水現象，一定要及時排除。

7、為了保證我們小型裝載機的正確使用，我們一定要時刻注意水溫表的讀數，當水溫表達到90°以上的時候必須采取措施。可以選擇就近的陰涼處停車并以怠速降溫，注意不要即刻熄火，以防止發動機內部過熱而造成拉缸等事故。待溫度降下來后，還應檢查風扇皮帶的張力情況。

7. In order to ensure the correct use of our small loader, we must always pay attention to the reading of the water temperature gauge, and take measures when the water temperature is above 90 ℃. You can choose the nearest shady place to stop and cool down at idle speed. Pay attention not to turn off the engine immediately, so as to prevent accidents such as cylinder pulling caused by overheating inside the engine. After the temperature drops, check the tension of the fan belt.

8、進入夏季之前，要有針對性的對潤滑系統的各個部件做一次性能檢測，以使機油壓力表、變速箱壓力表指示準確。對變速箱、變距器和驅動橋內的油液進行一次系統的檢查，從油液的品質到油液的數量，并要保持油液清潔。

9、一體機磨合期結束以后，我們也應該對我們的機器進行強制保養，平時的時候做好檢查和調整工作，同時也要注意油液的更換。
