1、攪拌車離合器損壞的原因動(dòng)力換擋變速器離合器接合時(shí)，液壓油的壓力克服彈簧力壓緊摩擦片。隨著液壓油壓力的升高，摩擦片與金屬盤(pán)接觸并逐漸壓緊，使離合器將飛輪動(dòng)力平穩(wěn)地傳遞到變速器輸入軸。

2、攪拌車離合器活塞密封性的檢測(cè)裝載機(jī)行走無(wú)力或油溫過(guò)高時(shí)，就需要判斷是離合器活塞密封不嚴(yán)還是油壓不足引起的，但常規(guī)檢測(cè)手段有時(shí)很難斷定是哪個(gè)原因引起故障，尤其是在水泥自動(dòng)攪拌車無(wú)動(dòng)力的情況下，檢查組裝好的變速器總成的各密封環(huán)就更困難了。此時(shí)，可采用氣壓閥進(jìn)行測(cè)試。
