Since the loading mixer truck and concrete mixing plant can not lack belt conveyor, the belt conveyor can be used to transport materials. Therefore, during use, attention should also be paid to maintenance.

1、傳動(dòng)裝置的維護(hù)與保養(yǎng)。使用前應(yīng)加潤(rùn)滑油，潤(rùn)滑油牌號(hào)為L(zhǎng)KC100，150#中負(fù)荷極壓工業(yè)齒輪油。

1. Maintenance of transmission device. Lubricating oil shall be added before use. The brand of lubricating oil is lkc100150# medium load extreme pressure industrial gear oil.

2、滾簡(jiǎn)軸承的潤(rùn)滑。滾簡(jiǎn)軸承為UCP系列(常用UCP214)，用潤(rùn)滑脂潤(rùn)滑，每天加油一次。

4、刮砂裝置的維護(hù)。定期檢查刮砂裝置的磨損程度，刮砂裝置磨損到一定程度后及時(shí)更換。

5、自上料攪拌車(chē)，橡皮擋邊的更換。橡皮擋邊磨損嚴(yán)重，有料撒出時(shí)應(yīng)及時(shí)更換。

6、接口斷裂及橫向撕裂的防范及處理。接頭硫化處理不合格; 沖擊負(fù)載過(guò)大，薄弱部分受交變應(yīng)力影響斷裂;接口方向與皮帶運(yùn)動(dòng)方向不合適；長(zhǎng)期使用等，嚴(yán)重?fù)p壞皮帶。自上料攪拌車(chē)，在使用時(shí)要盡量減少負(fù)載，特別是有配重張緊裝置的皮帶，應(yīng)控制配重在200kg~300kg內(nèi)，以雨季不打滑為宜，加強(qiáng)巡查，防止異物卡死皮帶，劃傷皮帶;加強(qiáng)對(duì)皮帶裝配人員的培訓(xùn)，防止皮帶接口方向裝反。

6. Prevention and treatment of interface fracture and transverse tear. The joint vulcanization treatment is unqualified; The impact load is too large, and the weak part breaks under the influence of alternating stress; The interface direction is not suitable for the belt movement direction; If it is used for a long time, the belt will be seriously damaged. When using the self loading mixer truck, the load shall be reduced as far as possible, especially the belt with counterweight tensioning device. The counterweight shall be controlled within 200kg ~ 300kg, and it is better not to slip in rainy season. Patrol inspection shall be strengthened to prevent foreign matters from blocking the belt and scratching the belt; Strengthen the training of belt assembly personnel to prevent reverse installation of belt interface.
