每月應在常溫下檢查一下輪胎氣壓，如果低于正常標準應及時補充輪胎氣壓。氣壓不能過高或過低，否則影響駕駛的安全性。檢查輪胎的龜裂情況，存在安全隱患時應及時更換輪胎。選用輪胎時，應使之型號一致

2、發動機冷卻液液面檢查

自上料攪拌車發動機在熱機狀態時，千萬不要打開散熱器蓋，否則可能會被濺出的冷卻液或高溫蒸氣燙傷。等發動機冷卻后，檢查冷卻液的液面應處于滿位和低位之間，否則應加蒸餾水或純凈水或冷凍液，加水后的液面高度不能超過滿位。如發現短時間內冷卻液減少的很快，應檢查冷卻系統是否有泄漏或到維修站去檢查。

Never open the radiator cap when the self feeding mixer engine is hot, otherwise it may be scalded by the splashed coolant or high temperature steam. After the engine is cooled, check that the liquid level of the coolant should be between the full level and the low level, otherwise, add distilled water or purified water or refrigerant, and the liquid level height after adding water should not exceed the full level. If it is found that the coolant decreases rapidly in a short time, check the cooling system for leakage or go to the maintenance station for inspection.

3、離合器總泵液面的檢查

離合器液面介于高、低液面間則表示正常，如果低于標準線，則可能是總泵或分泵皮碗損壞。在發動機運行狀態下將出現掛檔難或無法掛檔的現象，請即時到就近的維修站檢修。

If the clutch liquid level is between high and low, it means normal. If it is lower than the standard line, it may be that the master cylinder or the slave cylinder cup is damaged. When the engine is running, it will be difficult or impossible to shift. Please go to the nearest maintenance station immediately for maintenance.

4、蓄電池的保養檢查

檢查蓄電池固定是否牢固，電解液應在上限和下限之間，接近下線時應及時補加電解液或蒸餾水至高位線。保持蓄電池正負電纜接觸良好，并保持蓄電池清潔干燥。放置時間較長的自上料攪拌車要摘下蓄電池的正負極電纜，相隔半個月左右重新接線起動發動機約20分鐘后，如果電量明顯不足要及時充電。

Check whether the battery is fixed firmly. The electrolyte should be between the upper limit and the lower limit. When it is close to the end of the line, the electrolyte or distilled water should be added to the high level line in time. Keep the positive and negative cables of the battery in good contact, and keep the battery clean and dry. Take off the positive and negative cables of the battery for the self charging mixer that has been placed for a long time, and rewire the battery after about half a month. After starting the engine for about 20 minutes, if the power is obviously insufficient, charge it in time.

5、制動液面的檢查

制動也在高、低位之間則表示正常。如果自上料攪拌車制動液接近下限或低于下限則，表示系統中可能有泄漏或制動蹄片磨損過多，應及時到維修站進行檢修。補加制動液時，要注意加同一種型號的制動液，防止損壞皮碗，注意保護好油漆防止腐蝕漆面。

If the brake fluid of the self feeding mixer is close to or lower than the lower limit, it indicates that there may be leakage in the system or excessive wear of the brake shoes. It is necessary to go to the maintenance station in time for maintenance. When adding brake fluid, pay attention to add the same type of brake fluid to prevent damage to the leather cup, and pay attention to protect the paint to prevent corrosion of the paint surface.
