1. After unloading at the construction site, the feeding hopper, discharging hopper, discharging chute, etc. shall be washed immediately with the hose attached to the loading mixer to remove the sludge and concrete adhered to the body. On the way back to the mixing plant, 150-200l water should be injected into the mixing drum to clean the concrete residue bonded on the wall and blades of the drum.

2、每天工作結(jié)束后，司機應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)向攪拌筒內(nèi)注入清水并高速（14—18轉(zhuǎn)/分）旋轉(zhuǎn)5—10分鐘，然后將水排去，以保障筒內(nèi)清潔。用高壓水清洗攪拌筒各個部分時，應(yīng)注意避開儀表及操縱桿等部位。壓力水噴嘴與車身油漆表面間的距離不得小于40厘米。

2. 3、清除攪拌筒內(nèi)外積污及殘存的混凝土渣塊時，以及在機修人員進入筒內(nèi)進行檢修和焊補作業(yè)時，需先關(guān)閉自上料攪拌車發(fā)動機，使攪拌筒完全停止轉(zhuǎn)動。在機修人員進入筒內(nèi)工作期間，應(yīng)該保障拌筒內(nèi)通風(fēng)良好，空氣新鮮，無可然氣體及有害灰塵，氧氣供應(yīng)充足。在筒內(nèi)使用電動工具操作時，操作人員應(yīng)該有良好的絕緣保護。

3. When removing the dirt and residual concrete slag inside and outside the mixing drum, and when the maintenance personnel enter the drum for repair and welding, the engine of the self feeding mixing truck should be shut down to stop the mixing drum completely. During the working period, the maintenance personnel should ensure that the mixing cylinder is well ventilated, the air is fresh, there is no natural gas and harmful dust, and the oxygen supply is sufficient. When using electric tools in the cylinder, operators should have good insulation protection.

4、工作時，不得將手伸入旋轉(zhuǎn)的攪拌筒內(nèi)，嚴(yán)禁將手伸入主卸料溜槽和加長卸料溜槽的連接部位自動，工作人員如何規(guī)范操作自上料攪拌車以免發(fā)生事故。
